I have ordered (Order Id – 711492904678_1) the product “High Polymer Butyl Rubber 10CM x 5M” (Rs.412) on 2nd May 2023. I have received the product on 7th May 2023. Due to personal emergency, I was out of station and couldn’t verify the product before 14th May 2023. Today, on 15th May, I found that the product received “High Polymer Butyl Rubber 5CM x 5M”(Rs.165), which is not what I have ordered. Adding to that, I found that few other customers have also experienced the same via review section. I have asked the Meesho customer care to refund, which they denied due to a day of delay in the return window. As a customer, I have been cheated by the supplier and the Meesho. Hence, either I need my money back or the correct product in exchange.
