This is regarding an order placed on Krivatory.com on 8th March 2021(Order# 2324). The product ordered was titled as ‘New Stylish Suits For Sale’. Yesterday (on 12th March), the product got delivered and instead of a new dress I received an old, used and torn set of dresses. I am unable to reach on the contact numbers provided in the website nor on the number printed on the package (9319092830, 9319092833). Request you to kindly address my concern and take appropriate action on the team who is behind this and fooling the people around. Please check if there is a way I can get the money refunded and return the product back to the group.

I have ordered an product in krivatory website which was shown in youtube on Monday and a phone call came after 3 days on Thursday to confirm my order and I confirmed it. Later the coming sunday the product was delivered. It was not what I ordered and the incorrect product delivered was not in good quality and was in worst quality. I called the person who delivered he said to return where you ordered. So I called the phone number which was called to ask me about confirmation and then I got to know that it is a fraud and they didn’t attend the call and it was said that the phone is switched off. There is no return option in the website from which I ordered.
I want my money to be refunded. You people who steal people money’s like this won’t be happy forever it’s my curse. Turkey disappointed. Fake people.
I too received wrong bad products.
The product i got was entirely different..cheating the customer sholud be punished..we had a loss of 700 rupees…the cash should be refund..
