Incorrect product received even after raising replacement request

Hi Amazon,

I was looking to gift my son with a remote controlled car on the occassion of Xmas. While browsing through the app I saw “Dirgh Enterprise M-RC Waterproof 1:43 Scale 2.4 GHZ Dirt Drift Remote Controlled Rock Crawler RC Monster Car, 4 Wheel Drive (Multicolour)” and since I was getting it as a reasonably fair price I ordered it. However, when I received the product it was not the same so I raised a Replacement request (it was the only option available though!). This obviously spoilt our whole idea of a surprise Xmas gift for my son and we were hugely disappointed !

The disappointment was not over yet ! I received the replacement item and this time again it was incorrect. I received the same item that I had received on the first occassion. Instead of sending a remote controlled rock crawler, on both occasions Amazon sent me a small and normal manual toy car. I feel that this is sheer cheating from Amazon. The discription of the product and item delivered are completely different.

I want Amazon to send me the product that is mentioned on the portal.

This time while trying to raise a replacement I am getting the option of refund only. This clearly means that Amazon is trying to close out or cover their mistake by simply giving refund. But Amazon must understand that the item was ment for a gift on a special occasion which comes only ones a year ! Hence, I need Amazon not to close this by just a refund but by sending me the correct product.
