Text of Complaint by Farida Khorakiwala:

I ordered 6 pcs of STOKZIO metal frame Bag from www.polrity.com for rs 999 and they had written special offer of pay for 6 and get 6 free. Order no 1331175 order placed around 2 weeks ago, but what I have received is some cheap and very small saree bags. As per their refund/return process have sent them daily e- mails to company email address given on website for returns and replacement on [email protected] but till date no reply or response. Also there is no address of sender on the package received and company on website is claiming to return on address given on slip. Company does not have any customer care phone number mentioned anywhere.

Request to please help in this matter as these type of companies are cheating and doing fraud with public. we request authorities to deal strictly and cancel licence of this company. Please help with our refund as well.
