I have placed water purifier in Amazon and they delivered me only filters box and while asking for my correct product no proper resolution provided and started investigation and no proper update on investigation and not properly concluded, Correct item has re delivery schedule but without proper intimation to delivery agent instruction he grab the correct product and left and after a call with investigation team finally with no option initiated refund fed up with Amazon and didn’t expect like this that they will harrass customers
