Text of Complaint by Saritha Shah:

I ordered a sharara suit on meesho online, instead I received an ugly and dirty used men shirt, when I placed a return request, delivery partner refused to take as the item was incorrect, it’s been 2months already I place multiple requests and there is no resolution the email ID provided on app doesn’t work and I cannot get to talk to a supervisor when I call the customer service line, my item was canceled with no knowledge, and they are not refunding my amount stating 7-10days has been done already this is so ridiculous I want my money
