I have been using this number 9953423877 since 2007. In 2017 i moved to Bangalore and had the address updated too. The network in my society is terrible so I opted for the lowest plan so to have the number active. In 2018 October, I went to Imphal and I activated my internet plan of 299 just for a month for some work. Then on November 13, 2019 I called up vodafone care and requested to have the plan changed to 149 after a confirmation from the executive i spoke with. Thinking that the plan must have been activated and i will get my bill accordingly. When the bill arrived, I found out that it was more than Rs300 which to my surprise i called up vodafone care and to rectify the bill and the plan. Several calls happened everytime explaining what went wrong and all executives could not give me a solution. I spoke to my relationship manager, she could not help, spoke with seniors they could not help. I requested them to correct the plan and the bill and then I will pay the bill. Then after 2 months I found out that my number got suspended. That was the worst thing you did. I did not use my number at all during that time and ever since I moved to Bangalore I have been just paying the bill without using the service just to save the number. Which is really a wrong thing to do I realized! I have been told my issue has been escalated and today is 9th March, 2019 and till date nobody called to update the status nor resolved the issue. I wanted to waive off all the bills and refund the amount for the said period till date so that i can stop using your number. I have had enough of experience!
