Complaint ID#407-8668347-7361957. I raised a complaint which was never resolved by Amazon so called customer service. I had to return a shirt, so the pick up guy came and picked up a different shirt from other vendor due to a mix up. And when I called the exchange was never arranged and I was told that as the picked up shirt was wrong so it was disposed so I will never be able to get my return. Finally amazon kept my personal item and also didn’t arranged return of their faulty shirt.
