Text of Complaint by Vadiraj Gudur:

While I was studying in Pune, I port my SIM from Jio to Airtel and I provided my own details (Aadhar and PAN) but the SIM has been registered under my Late Father’s name. Now in order to prove that such mistake occurred, I requested the Airtel employees to show Owner docs but they are unable to provide any documents of owner except the name displayed as Owner.
