I had a very good experience with Zomato and never ever received any such complaints but since last couple of delivery it was pathetic /bad & not acceptable at all.

 

On 25 july, I ordered chicken biryani from Kolkata Biryani house in Delhi via Zomato… I received mutton biryani instead of chicken biryani… The moment I opened my Tiffin, I took a picture and sent to Zomato and asked why so…they just said sorry for inconvenience…I shall arrange the another order or refund… I asked what about the time that wasted and trust that I have lost about the online food delivery service…

 

Similar on 23rd July I ordered biryani from a restaurant on which that meat was stinking like anything & food was totally unhygienic including package…

 

I also complained about that …on return Zomato credit only 53 Zomato money as gesture by saying sorry for inconvenience.

 

 

 

It’s not acceptable at all.Zomato

 

I have already submitted the feedback via mail to Zomato but yet not received any revert yet.

 

And Zomato has marked that incorrect delivery status as declined against that order…so smart @Zomato..you think that customers are fool.

 

@authority :- Please help & do the needful & arrange the stringent feedback with Zomato and restaurant both.
