I placed a few orders bearing number

Except for the one ending with 75, both 73 and 74 have different colour.
The colours I received are not found anywhere in the entire website for those products.
I also emailed them and attached a few pictures to give them an idea of what colour I ordered as per website and what I received.
They accepted the exchange request but again delivered the same colour.
Note that I’m again chasing over email, they’re not responding at all.
