I have charged incorrect billing amounts for the last 4-5 months, I have already complained to the highest authority of Vodafone. However they don’t want to check the bills , even they disconnected the outgoing calls service from last 3 days. from today data service also stopped by them, I have asked them to change Tariff plan from last Dec 3rd , one of the CSR told me that it has changed to required tariff plan but actually it has not changed yet, then why would I pay extra amount which should not be added for this month.
