Text of Complaint by Rajesh Tellakula:

I have got back to back messages on 28/6 afternoon saying my account is going to get expired and a payment link was provided thru sms. On a rush to ensure it is not deactivated, I clicked on the link and recharged for a 6M plan that got popped up on the screen.
On receiving the payment msg i realised that my plan is Silver_6M but in the link it showed Gold_6m to which i have done the payment. Requested jio team for adjusting the amount to my current plan n keep the balance intact for next cycle if refund is not a viable option.

But got outrightly denied, no response to msg sent to jiofibercare@jio.com. I have reached out to them by 9:30AM on Monday, as they are non operational on Sun. Appreciate some help in these difficult corona times.
