Text of Complaint by Arpan Banerjee:

I ordered an order containing Peri Peri Fish kebab from a restaurant named Tandoor Box from Zomato application. I was given or sent a wrong item from the restaurant as a fish tikka kebab. Upon highlighting the same to Zomato they did not bother and not refunded my money. This is happening from Zomato for couple of orders now in the same month where at least 3 orders were sent as a wrong item and upon complaining to Zomato they did not take any action and neither refunded my money. Basically Zomato is fooling around with its customers and do not entertain theirs grievances or complains as such and no actions being taken against restaurant and keep sending me wrong items with a small apology text as ” we deeply regret the inconvenience caused”.

I want a strict action to be taken against Zomato and its chained Restaurant Tandoor Box who are literally playing with customers money and asking the customers to be happy with what they got rather than what they should get as per order with no refunds and keeping the same trends going on for multiple orders from multiple restaurants.
