Below mentioned incorrect deliveries have been made for my Flipkart Orders. I have been chasing Flipkart Customer Care since 5-Oct-2022 for return of these items due to incorrect/incomplete delivery but pickup is not done till 13-Oct-2022 though I was assured by Customer Care everytime I have called Flipkart. More than 15 times I have called Flipkart Customer Care but issue is not yet resolved. Seller has cancelled my return request more than 7-8 times without providing any reason, also everytime I have received message that your return request is cancelled as you decided to keep the product with you l, which was never the case. Everytime I have called Customer Care and get the return request raised again by them and I was assured that this time pickup will be done we have escalated the issue but seller keep on cancelling my request. Since I am not getting any resolution from Flipkart Customer Care even after calling more than 15 times, I am writing to Grievance Team to take strict action against Seller and arrange refund for me at the earliest.
I feel myself cheated by the Flipkart Seller. I still have faith that my issue will be addressed and strict action will be taken against the seller and this type of issue will not be repeated in future.
It looks like Seller has willingly sent incorrect delivery to get the maximum profit.

Seller Name : JASS ARTS & CRAFTS PVT Ltd
Amount : 2265+154supercoin = 2419
Issue : Trouser not delivered. Received blazer only
