This is the pathetic service and will make sure that every customer will be aware of this, in December the charges which got waived off was correct as vodafone applied incorrect charges in our bill and yet again one of your vodafone executive provided us and incorrect information and because of that we got this high charges.
If the customer support executive would have informed us that we don’t have 99rs plan, I could have made my connection as prepaid.
Because of your executive fault why I had of suffer and now you are giving me this shit answer.
Go and listen to the call of the person for the month of March. Why don’t you guys do that.
And not only this after that I had a word with Ravi he also promised me a call back within next 48hrs but nothing happened.
This is my 6th complaint for vodafone
