Text of Complaint by Pawan:

I ordered a paneer pizza from one of Zomato’s partners in Kanpur. The order was delayed and when I received it, they sent a pizza without paneer and charged me the price for one with paneer. Upon contacting Zomato customer care, they gave me standard responses and didn’t help. When I tweeted at ZomatoCare, they promised to get back but reported that their investigation is complete and the correct order was delivered to me. Everyone at Zomato is lying and running a fraud service.
