Incorrect Fare charged
Hi Team,

I boarded your Indrive Cab on 19th June from Delhi Tilak Nagar to Genpact Gurgoan and the driver charged around 1005 instead of the fare 540 Rs. Additionally took long route and befooled me that the straight road was slow down by 28 mins . After 20 mins came back of the same route.

Ac was not working. He told me your KYC is not done. Once done your amount will be paid back. I told her that I can do KYC right away but he informed it can’t be done as you are taking trip right now. The driver was not the same as provided information in the app.Once the trip was completed I got an invoice of 540 Rs. I raised my concern to your customer support they assured for a resolution with 24 hrs but now my ID is blocked from app and unable to access app.All evidences shared but no action. The driver called was Gaurav Gulati and fare paid account is Tushar Mittal
