I have ordered a mutton biryani worth INR 400 but they have delivered a chicken biryani which is worth INR275. When I contacted their customer support executive, she asked me to share the picture and accepted that it’s their mistake after seeing the pictures I sent her. She offered to refund INR 125 (difference between 400 and 275) but I told her I don’t eat chicken biryani so they can take the full package back and refund my full amount of INR 400. But she refused to refund full amount. It appeared as if they are accepting all the orders and then delivered whatever is available with them and finally just refund the price difference if any customer complains.
