This is in regards to the charges on my mobile number 8860064777 I called customer care to know about the available option as I was travelling overseas – Philippines on 14 dec’18 and the ccp told me that there is a pack of 3999 and it will be activated automatically once I m going to land in Philippines and I will be able to survive with it for next 30 days from that period and I was under the impression that The pack would be automatically activated as guided by the rep please have a look on my outgoing call history and you will be able to figure out the day and details when I called customer service and as your Ivr says that all calls are being recorded you may listen to it and And now the bill is 17000+ who is going To pay for that I want to understand my mistake and the reason as well. also the account credit limit is 14000 then why on this earth it crossed that limit who authorised that. also why I haven’t received any text in regards to this. also, I was religiously checking the Airtel app and it kept on saying that there are no charges on the account how come it was not synced
How can you add such a big amount at the end of the day once the billing cycle is over
