I have been charged 284 plus taxes on my mobile bill. I has these kind of issues in the past as well then the customer care placed blocks on my account so that I wont get charged again. But i have been charged again. My number is 9811580191. I have been chasing customer care and even nodal officer and they say charges are valid. My bill never goes over and above my fixed monthly plan. These guys are just making money by charging customers like this.
