I am carrying vodafone postpaid number 9920077653. In the month of September – October, via some ad a service got activated on my cell phone without me requesting for anything to vodafone for which I have been charged Rs 150+tax. I requested for its cancellation and reversal on 23rd Nov. Again in next bill I got charged for same and then again I had to call vodafone for reversal. This time they mentioned that service is already deactivated but still I was charged. Then in following month i.e. Jan 2019, I found that reversal is applied only once and I was again asked to pay Rs 150 + GST + Late pay fee. For which I called customer care and they said issue will be resolved and you need not pay that amount. Again in following month, I got charged for late payment fee and pending amount and now vodafone team is not agreeing on this and saying they cannot reverse the amount and I will have to bear that cost. I tried talking to customer care, visited gallery, sent email to Vodafone on number of email IDs and am getting no resolution. Please help
