My Tatasky subscriber ID is 1004339964.

I own 2 connections, primary and secondary. I usually pay Rs. 924 in a month for the primary connection on 19/20th of a month. On 8th/9th Jan-20, I was asked to recharge. On asking customer care, I was told that I needed to pay double the amount now as the secondary connection, which was deactive on my request till 31st Dec ‘19, was active since 1st Jan ‘20. I had, therefore, requested to deactivate the secondary connection again till 31st Dec ‘20 so that I would have to pay only Rs. 924 (for the primary connection). Tatasky team confirmed that a request had been initiated and the secondary connection would get deactivated the next day onwards after which I would have to pay Rs. 924 only.

But to my surprise I have been receiving an alert msg since 8th Feb ‘20 asking me to pay/recharge with approx Rs. 1800. On asking Tatasky team on 8th Feb ‘20, they said that the secondary connection was in suspended state and not deactive, so I have to pay the amount to avail the service. This clearly shows that there was a lapse from their end while deactivating the secondary connection even when I had requested for it and also received a confirmation and the lapse was also admitted by Tatasky team. My complaint number ID is 1VP6PCX2.

Therefore, I had requested a credit of the excess amount of approx. Rs. 900.

I had taken an emergency credit of 3 days as I was assured that an action would be taken in the next 3 days, i.e., 11th Feb ‘20 but nothing happened.

I called up customer care again the same day and spoke to Piyush of Tatasky who asked me to recharge with approx. Rs. 900 and assured some action will be taken. On 12th Feb ‘20, Neha called up from Tatasky, said that she would credit approx. Rs. 946 which I deserved and said that she would credit it and confirm after a few min but nothing happened.

After few hrs, I again called up and spoke to Sudhir who said that I would get only Rs. 120 credit without any justification of the amount, despite an assurance of the full credit earlier, when I objected he said they are looking into it but nothing happened.

Again I called up Tatasky on 15th Feb ‘20 and spoke to Manisha Barik who assured that a resolution would surely happen in 24 hrs but nothing has happened yet.
