There are two complains about Vodafone :
1) Fraud on billing
My original plan was 399 Per month and as part of retention i was promised 150 rs discount. so until last month my bill was 293 .82 rs. Now Vodafone themselves changed the plan in backend and removed the discount. and now my bill is 352.82 rs.
i asked them to restart the discount and plan was not changed by me and all alterations were done without my consent increasing my bill amount which is not as per regulations.
After complaining all executives refused to correct the discounts and gave vague answers like may be it would have been changed by you or may be it didn’t reach you cause of technical issue. All imaginary talks and no actual answers or resolution. At end I asked them to raise a complaint and share complaint id over registered email or SMS me but they refused to give so saying they do not have access. then after lot of arguments they gave me complaint id orally. the same id I checked with Vodafone chat executive and he said no such complaint is present in system and even on Vodafone site I cannot see any such complaint.
2) Harassment over calls, many executives called to ask same issue and each executive argued for atleast 30 min after which false promises were made. Even after telling that do not call there were calls and same discussion which started with understanding isue and ended on same note of blaming that may be it wouldn’t have reached or may be this and may be that. even after telling on first call that repeatedly asking same thing and arguing is shooting up my BP and I’m getting anxiety issues they still called again and again repeating the same drama.
Two of the executives names were Aakash and Adiba. I don’t remember third persons name as by then i was already under mental disturbance.
for direct cheating of Vodafone and for matter of 150 rs they are harassing to an extent that over a call I had to say that if i get a heart attack now you would be responsible and same complain I would be making to consumer court.
Could I please request you to check on this incorrect billing and harassment caused by Vodafone?
