Hello,
Around June 24th a bill was raised with me for my Post-Paid service with Ola which had an unaccounted amount of 1763/-. I had immediately raised a service request (#4562104) for the same and asked for clarifications. However I received mailers from your team asking me to make the post-paid payment with the threat of affecting my CIBIL score. I had then made my payment with the understanding that my service request would be resolved which has not happened till date.
Now on 14th another bill has been raised with me which again has any unaccounted amount of INR 1599/- and I raised a new service ticket (# 4701222). While i have not received any clarification to this ticket as well you have raised a late payment request already against my pending payment.
I have made multiple mail queries (since there is no support contact number) however i have received no responses from your teams at support@olamoney.com and support@olamoneypostpaid.zendesk.com.
Now I am being constantly hounded by bill payment reminders on sms, mails and calls but no one is responding to my query. I have been threatened with an impact to my cibil score as well.
