Text of Complaint by Neha Boolchandani:

I had activated an international roaming pack on my number 9823117708 a year ago. This pack was activated for 7 days.

However Vodafone very conveniently kept the pack on. In November 2019 , I called the customer service and asked for the pack to be deactivated. In March 2020, I travelled to UK .

I was again charged an amount of 5k for the pack. I deactivated it on 21 March on my own. I also sent an email to Vodafone card to deactivate the pack. However for next two months I was again charged for the pack.

I must have had over 20 mails back and forth with Vodafone but never got any satisfactory response while they continued to charge me for the pack. I even checked in my Vodafone app as to which are active plans and this doesn’t show up.
