I had requested for international roaming for Vodafone for the Unites Kingdom to be activated from 17 september, 2018. However, Vodafone instead activated by roaming from 19th september. They charged INR 5000 for my data and call usage on 18th september, since the roaming package had not been active then (because of their mistake). I have raised 6 complaints to fix the bill but no action has been taken. Instrad my line was disconnected and now they are bot letting me move to another service provider without clearing this 5k due, which is their mistake. This harassment is unacceptable.
please remove this 5k incorrect amount from my bill. I will happily pay the balance minus 5000 inr and move to another service provider.
i have been a vodafone customer since 2008 and this harassment is not acceptable
