Text of Complaint by Nikhil Bhosle:

I am writing to formally escalate an incorrect settlement regarding Bet Slip № 8768126313 (Cricket: Japan vs India, T20 First Match, played on 22.09.2026).
The bet was placed on the market “Total Runs 1. First 6 Overs Under 25.5” with a stake of 5000 ₹. It has been incorrectly settled as a “Loss”.
According to the official match rules and tournament protocol, this match was reduced to a 5-over-per-side game due to a wet outfield. Japan played exactly 5.0 overs and scored 30 runs. The 6th over was never bowled, nor was it ever legally part of the revised match format.
I spoke with live support agent Nitin, who incorrectly stated that because Japan scored 30 runs within 5 overs, the “Under 25.5” threshold was crossed, resulting in a loss. This argument completely violates bookmaker regulations on interrupted and shortened matches.
Per standard sports betting criteria:
If Japan had instead scored 20 runs in their 5 overs, 1xBet would have voided the bet (settled at odds 1.00) because the full 6 overs required to complete the market criteria were not bowled. A bookmaker cannot selectively apply rules only when a threshold is breached in a shortened game.
For a specific “X Overs” market to stand, the full duration of those specific overs must be completed unless the market has already reached its natural conclusion under the originally scheduled match format (which this was not—the match format itself was truncated to 5 overs before the 6th over could exist).
Since the match format was officially shortened to a 5-over game, all uncompleted over markets—specifically the 6th over criteria—must be declared void and refunded at odds 1.00.
I have attached three screenshots to this email:
