Text of Complaint by Omni:

Got a message from VZ-ViCMS today saying value pack cost for 50/- for which I have not done. Still the money was deducted.

  • Spoke with MR. RAVI from customer care and no complaint was registered. Plus no refund also initiated. I have the recording of that call. Kindly help.
