Complaint Against: MoonBelle Store

Complaint Details:
I placed an order for night suits on the MoonBelle Store website (Order Number: [Your Order Number]). However, instead of the night suits I ordered, I received a dirty pant, which is not only incorrect but also defective. This has caused me inconvenience, disappointment, and loss of trust in the store’s service.
Despite my expectation of receiving the correct products in good condition, I was delivered an entirely wrong item. I request MoonBelle Store to arrange for a return pickup of the incorrect and defective item at the earliest and process a full refund for my order. I have retained photographs of those that were received as evidence and am ready to share them if required.
