Case Number 11153973 Transaction Number 62179688
On 19th May I sent money through World Remit in London to Malawi for £184.49. I received a confirmation from World Remit stating that an amount of MK156759.00 has been sent to my recipient. My recipient sent me a receipt that she had received showing that Airtel had only deposited MK20083.00. I have been querying this transaction since the 19th May but up to now, this query has not been resolved. I am desperately waiting for a refund. Please help me.
