Text of Complaint by Abhimanyu Katoch:

Last week, I ordered a phone (oneplus nord 3 ce) from Amazon which was to be delivered on 16th May. Upon delivery, I received a cutlery stand in the box instead of the phone.
When I raised this to amazon support they asked me to submit picture of the delivered item along with my name and date written on a piece of paper to conduct their investigation and asked for nothing else. I mentioned i had unboxing video but they said that the picture of the delivered product would suffice.
They asked me to wait until the 20th till they investigate. Today i reached out to them and they said that the conclusion is that the product was successfully delivered. Now, I am asking the support and OFM team to review the unboxing video and the CCTV footage of delivery and unboxing process which was done outside my home only and everything is captured there the product received from the delivery was indeed not the phone but the team is not entertaining my request on this order.
