Text of Complaint by Deepak Sharma:

I Have booked a bus from Allahabad for Delhi paytm IDs are 7468959123 & 7468922877 for Rs.9093/- of a travel agent Kesri Travels on 25th Feb,2019 at 7.15pm I failed to trace location of the bus aboard from in Allahabad , I immediately called 5 to 10 times upto 9PM on paytm helpline and got the numbers of the travel agent which were not picked at the other end I and my friend 62yrs of age with 6 ladies and one child have 7yrs of age without any food and water on the road waiting for the said bus upto 2AM 26.2.2019. many calls have been made by me to the PayTM helpline and their traveler agent. After 2AM I booked a Innova to reach Delhi which cost to me Approx.Rs.20000/- including Toll chgs. I also penalized a day of absent-ism in my office without pay cost to me 1500/-. Today as on the 4th March 2019 I got Rs.6400 Aprox. as a refund of 1 Tkt. after making a lot of Email to PayTM.
Now Please do some favour me to reimburse my unnecessary expenditure of Rs.20000/- form my pocket
