Text of Complaint by Kshitij Katiyar:

I have a prepaid number 9005190967 from Airtel (UP East Region). I have been constantly duped by the Airtel Company by providing below par and inconsistent 4g services.

Despite many complaints to their customer care, they have been stalling network upgradation in the region. For past 7 months I have been told time and again that the network upgradation in my district Farrukhabad is pending.

The Airtel Company has adamantly been providing 2g data speeds on a 4g plan. Thereby repeatedly scamming the consumer.

If the Airtel company is not capable of providing proper 4g data speeds due to lack of infrastructure, they should make a regionwise public declaration regarding the same instead of duping their consumer base.

I am herewith attaching speed assessment of their 4g data connection by Ookla , the agency they frequently quote to falsely justify the higher speeds they say they offer.

Kindly direct the concerned at Airtel to either drastically better their service in the region, or compensate me for shoddy service.
