Incomplete product delivery after one month of wait and now no answer from Pepperfry for missing parts

Text of Complaint by Dharmajit Mallik:

I order one Herald Sofa cum Bed with Box Storage & Mattress in Walnut & Wenge Finish by Crystal Furnitech from Pepperfry(https://www.pepperfry.com/) with order number-307663295 on 26th December, 2021 | 17:59:06 IST and the product got delivered by on 20th January, 2022.

On 20th January, 2022 carpenter came to assemble the product and found that multiple parts are wrong deliver. So they could not assemble the product and mark as failed with the comment “Assembly attempt failed | Reason: Wrong Product Received”.Refer to the attached picture.

After 25 days the product got delivered with multiple parts missing and now its almost 20days and there is no update after maultiple follow up with Pepperfry via diiferent channel (Via call/online chat/Twitter). Now its partially assembly and its occupied my half of room which i can not use. Refer attached photo.

Kindly take it seriously to provide the final UPDATED sooner ASAP and resolve the issue either provide the missing parts or return the fully moeny with intrest.
