I had ordered a gold metal chandelier of fos lighting brand from pepperfry. I had ordered on the 3rd of Sept and received the product on the 9 of Sept.But I had received only part of the order according to picture and description of the product.When I raised a complaint against the same in customer service of pepperfry they informed that the product is complete and the glass domes will not be provided.But it was clearly written in the description that bulbs will not be provided and nowhere it was written that there won’t be any glass domes with the product.And when I asked then to return the product they denied and told me it’s non returnable.I didn’t expect such response from an online site like pepperfry. They are completely fooling the customer showing one thing on shopping site and delivering something else.
