I have ordered Novofine needles and novomix and Lantus insulin on 11.02.19.The order ID NMS1902113416850W.Only novofine needles are deliveted. Novomix and Lantus insulin not delivered.This is fully prepaid order.I raised complaint on the netmeds website.There is no reply.I contacted the company and spoke to online executives.There is no proper reply.
