Dear Sir/Mam

I had placed an order with order ID OD115283439688875000, order date 23/04/2019, the product was delivered but when I unpacked ideally there should have been 40 pcs of mat but to my utter surprise I just received 20 pcs of mat which is 1 quantity. As per my order and the invoice no. FABX982000000605 and Invoice Date: 24-04-2019, 02:22. I should be receiving 2 quantities.

So there are two matters that they need to address is

  1. Deliver me the entire quantity I ordered
  2. Look into the quality of the product which should be replaced with a better quality product that should match as per the specification of the details provide on the app for the Gym floor mat.

The current mat provided is very fragile and even not made of EVA rubber as claimed in the product details. Although I had laid the qnty received but finally had to pick up and keep it aside because of these two issues. I have referred the matter approximately 3 days and repeatedly followed up on the matter immediately from the time I have received the product on 27th April 2019. After they cancelled my request for return of the product on 30th April 2019 through app. I lodged an incident complain with the customer care about the matter with the details of my complain. The incident no. is IN1905072131163507359. I am repeatedly following up the matter has been shown less importance and priority and is not willing to so any kind of apology and rectification on this matter. Due to this I have lost a goodwill faith also such misleading information on product quality is a mere act of cheating and infringement. I request your intervention on this matter so that they take immediate measures on this matter and also request to impose heavy penalty on Flipkart so that it will be learning for all the ecommerce people.
