I ordered 2 pizzas plus one white pasta when the delivery man. He gave me 2 pizza and when I asked him for pasta he refused that I ordered the pasta and when I showed him receipt he said restaurant has not given him the pasta and when I called the restaurant men he was blaming the delivery boy and all this took half n hour while At that time I was on chat with zomato executive who is just lying by saying he had words with delivery boy and restaurant who told him that the order is completely delivered also when I ask him to call me or delivery boy now as his front of me he said we don’t have access to phone , only we can do is chat so I end up with paying for 2 pizza plus white pasta and got only 2 pizza that are chilled too and bad experience of customer support. I’m sharing a bill on which the delivery persons has signed and ticked that what he had delivered or crossed what not.
