I have been offered the TATA Sky connection by a Mumbai based dealer in the month of June. dealer mobile number is 8454875946. The installation done at my home is incomplete and even after several complaints to dealer there is no solution provided by them, every time I call the dealer number they do not pick the line to speak to me. Now they are saying if you get a new additional connection then we will do the complete installation otherwise you pay for this re-installation service.
I want my re-installation done freely, why i should pay when your service man done the incomplete installation.
Please put in black list this dealer, they are very false people and they just lure customer with discounts and false promises.
