Text of Complaint by Manisha Prasad:

I have placed an order on Pepprrfry. But due to price variation on other site I have cancelled it. I have also use my cashback to purchase this order but I am not getting back the cash back after cancellation. Why this thing is not mentioned at the time of placing the order or cancellation of the order. This policy is not good and it won’t work for long run. I am going to lodge a complain in consumer courts and also publish all this in social media . So that people may know the bad intention of pepperfry to cheat the people. Very poor service. I am going to publish all this in the social media
