I, Arihant Kumar Jain, opted for a monhtly Rs. 999 plan of Internet Broadband. as the sales person told me that he will be providing a Xtreme Box for free and a refundable security deposit of Rs. 1500 will be charged which is not available in the Rs.799 Plan. After his registration the payment was pending which i told him will be made by the night but he continuously called me in every 20 Min for payment which is a verbal harassment and unnecessary Interruption. After the payment next day the Wifi was setup and internet connectivity started on 23rd September, 2020. Then in the evening i called the sales person for the Xtreme Box Setup for which he clearly denied that he wont be giving me and then asked me to order the same from the Airtel thanks App, i was continually asking him to visit our place once so that i could get the clear idea of the process or installation of the Xtreme Box for which he denied till date. After following his confusing instructions any how i got to click the link in the airtel thanks App for booking the Xtreme box where it was showing that instead of a Refundable Deposit of Rs 1500 another amount of Rs. 462 will be charged as monthly Rental . Which was not at all communicated before which means its an inappropriate offer given by the company personal. Now the Sales person is not responding properly further and the Price of The Xtreme Box in Showing Rs. 2249 which is the Setup Box Charges .
