Text of Complaint by Achukwu Chiazor:

I don’t understand what just happened. I recharged my line to buy a data plan. I saw 9gb/2000monthly option in “My Offer” which I did. Then I checked my data balance, only for me to find out I was given 4gb instead. Please do something as soon as possible because it’s really not cool.
