To Uber
You made me wait for 3hrs and still raider hasn’t picked my order. I called uber support 5 times. 4th time I escalated and had a word with supervisor and he called the raider. Raider said he just got the order and will bring it. Though he was actually assigned in first 10 mins. I still believed and waited like an idiot. Called again. Supervisor said that raider said he just got the order strange though as he said the same thing earlier. And then when i asked to speak to that raider supervisor hung up.
I m filing a complaint against you guys and will sue you. I have the last 3 calls recorded. Donot send automated reply and any apologies. If you want to reply then make sure it’s manually. U guys sucks and I will make sure u suffer
