Text of Complaint by Binay Kumar J:

The request to add-on family members started on 22nd June when I changed my plan to 999 so that I can add 4 numbers to my primary number.

Customer care couldn’t add so asked me to visit Airtel store. Even the store couldn’t do. Called 121 and they told me that my number is on an old software and other numbers are on new software.

Multiple service request raised but nobody has resolved my issue yet. Spoke to supervisors but they have no clue what they are talking. All they say is wait for 3 days. Every time they say that they will call back but nobody is taking the accountability and responsibility to resolve this.

I finally requested to port out but still nobody is taking my issues serious.

All I want is to add 9141724010, 7338004473 and 9686433388 to my primary number 9945474771.

Today, 12th July and still my number is not moved to new software as confirmed by the executive.

 

Such an incompetent service.
