Text of Complaint by Sopemla Shingnaisui:

I was waiting for my delivery from Bluedart which was out for delivery on 26 of March but because I was not home I asked for rescheduling for the very next day and the whole day I kept waiting no one came and in the evening I got call asking if the items were delivered but I informed that it wasn’t and after an hour I received a message that item was delivered to OLIVAT so I call them immediately and asked and they said that they had given it to my neighbor and asked me to ask around I went and ask no one received anything and when I told them about it they said they will come back again but after that they never answered my calls and last conversation was full of lies and the agent simply told me to order it again what’s the big fuss that is how he answered me.Who is he to tell me what to do and what not to do!!!!firstly he should be doing his job efficiently, whose fault is it that he is commenting About it in the first place.
I waited the whole day but no one came. Why do these goons always take shortcuts and doesn’t want to do their job correctly.
And he confidently said that the order was given to somebody else then why is their logistics not taking any firm actions instead asking me to go around and ask.
Is it my responsibility to go and knock on each and every door ???? My building is guarded by guard and he also told me that no one came. These type of loose services are delivered by your staff and even when we complaint against it no one care about it and they start blaming each other now because of this I lost my order as well as the points benefit that I had been Collecting from the last year and also all the freebies. I did try ordering it but the freebies were not there anymore and my points was already redeemed hence I didn’t get any discount.I’m explaining it because people thinks it’s very easy to just order anything online these days. I regret it so much it’s been a week no one contacted me nor the courier company nor the vendor and lastly the person who claimed the order never showed up or even tried to contact me even though my details are all written there. I won’t go to someone’s house to collect my order it defeats all the purpose of doorstep service also why are they handling it to someone else without even taking my consent is it because I’m a northeastern and I look easy to be targeted. I hope these people will learned their lessons. I filled the link also that the order was not delivered to me but nothing changed no revert FULL OF DISSAPOINTMENT WE INDIAN WILL NEVER UPGRADE WITH THESE ATTITUDES. SCAMMERS AND LIARS EVERYWHERE THE PERSON WHO CLAIMED ALSO TOOK IT WITHOUT EVEN CHECKING PROPERLY WITHER THEY ARE ALSO DUMB OR THEY LACK BASIC KNOWLEDGE.
