I hope you are well.
I am writing this email to you in hope that my complain will get registered and my issue gets resolved that I am facing from the last 15 days.
I have changed my physical SIM to an eSIM on October, 15 and since then I am not able to receive SMS on my number( Everything else works fine).
I have also asked for another QR code to see if I can install the eSIM to another phone and maybe I would able to receive SMS. THAT DID NOT WORK TOO. I am still not receiving SMS.
I have done all the diagnostic steps that your airtel team has suggested and still its not working.
why is there a problem when I switched from physical to eSIM and I am not getting the SMS message. I remember doing the same in the India and it worked fine,but that doesn’t mean that it should not work abroad. As everything else works fine.
Apart form the airtel team , I even contact the nodalofficer.jk@in.airtel.com, and this guy even not bothered to contact me back.
Please have it looked into, as you are my only hope. I am really need those SMS to work as I ma handicapped without my OTP’s.
