I am not able to receive incoming calls on my post paid number. I have made a number of complaints, they themselves decide the issue has been solved without confirming from the consumer (me). And even though i am not able to use their services at the time of bill payment, they make me pay it stating my case will be resolved after the payment. However, till date it has not been resolved. I am facing this problem from January 2025.
