Hi,
My mobile number is 7799155508 registered with Vodafone Operator.
From my side I have paid all my bills and number is active .
Incoming calls and sms services are barred from past one week or more
Have contacted customer service , Vodafone store outlet ,official Twitter handle . Despite regular followups with all of them the issue still persist.
Due to this issue I had to pay extra on my bills have to wait in queues to pay bills which I would have been doing using my mobile .due to OTP not being received I had to pay additional fees.lost contact with outside network .have placed my resume in portal don’t know what would have been impact on my profile ..
Haven’t got an alternate number to do all the above.
