Text of Complaint by Chetan Bharadiya:

Exact issue:
– I am not able to receive call only from other Jio users. Other than jio (like airtel, VI & BSNL) i am receiving incoming call.
– Pls. note, i am able to make outgoing call to all service providers (Jio, Airtel, BSNL, VI)
– This issue already explained to Airtel Customer care, Network retention team around 8-10 times.
– So, this prob. is related to LRN & that is from jio.
Airtel need to short out this issue through communication with Jio. (LRN code apply). Also, they are not transferring call to their technical/network solving team to whom i can explain.

– Still this LRN issue not close & I am facing issue since last 1 month.

Complaint raised to Airtel Details:
– My mo. no. is 9228828181. (Airtel). My complaint ticket ID. is : 31-478331708677

– I have raised complaint to airtel on 11.05.2023 for the same. Without short out issue they have declared issue is resolved & for that i have received message & ask me for rating 1 (for issue resolve) & 2 (if issue not resolve). So i have submitted 2 because issue was not resolved. So, this complaint re-opened on 27.05.2023.
During that I have tried for MNP in jio on 26.05.2023. 2 times MNP request is rejected by airtel.

    1. hello, i am receiving other persons call on my no. they are understanding that i am from customer care.
      Pls resolve this.
